Why is the US not stronger as a global soccer power?

In my opinion, the US isn't as dominant in global soccer due to a few key reasons. Firstly, soccer isn't the premier sport in the US, with American football, baseball, and basketball often taking precedence. Secondly, the infrastructure and development systems for soccer in the US are not as advanced as those in countries where soccer is a primary sport. Thirdly, the talent pool is often diluted by the popularity of other sports. Lastly, the cultural appreciation and understanding of the sport isn't as deeply ingrained, which can impact the country's overall performance in global soccer.
